The organization of the FISU Forum was assessed by Leonz Eder, the FISU First Vice President, "For FISU, the Forum is primarily an educational event. I believe that everything went well. I liked the Dormitory Complex, the work of volunteers, the Winter Universiade venues which are top level."

In addition to participation in the educational programme, the FISU Forum delegates tested the services of the upcoming Winter Universiade 2019. The foreign guests were welcomed at the Sheremetyevo and Krasnoyarsk airports. A total of 8 buses and 3 cars were involved for local transportation of the participants. All the participants were accommodated in Perya Dormitory Complex, located in the future Universiade Village. The premises of the accommodation venue hosted all the educational events of the FISU Forum. The guests were served by the regional food factory which will cook meals for athletes of the upcoming Games.

According to Maxim Urazov, the Director General of ANO “Directorate Krasnoyarsk 2019”, the Organising Committee will analyze all the services provided during the event, "During the FISU Forum we found out a lot of useful information. Thanks to feedback, we understand what we have to work with. The test event is held for this purpose. We already have the feedback from foreign guests and volunteers of the FISU Forum, everyone is positive, everyone likes Krasnoyarsk. It is very important. Now representatives of 50 countries will come back home and will tell that one can and should come to Krasnoyarsk. All that favourizes inviting foreign participants to the Winter Universiade 2019 ".

Christoph Joseph Böcklin, the delegate from Switzerland, shared his impressions of the FISU Forum, "Most of all I liked the tours around Krasnoyarsk, we looked at the readiness of the Winter Universiade 2019 venues, and I am so happy! Next year I will come back to Krasnoyarsk as part of the delegation ... We had two student projects at the FISU Forum and one of them was dedicated to volunteering. The jury liked our project, and they told us that we did it well. "

The FISU Forum culminated with the Closing Ceremony in SibFU Congress Hall, where the FISU flag hand over ceremony was held. The representative of the 15th FISU Forum host city (Hungary) took part in the ceremony as well.
